1. Licensing & Professional Standards
All works are carried out by fully qualified and insured technicians.

Electrical: All electrical work is performed under Western Australian ARC Authorization AU07880

Refrigeration: All air conditioning work involving refrigerant handling is performed under ARC Authorization AU07880

Compliance: We guarantee that all installations meet or exceed current Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000).
2. Quotations & Variations

Validity: Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

The “Unforeseen” Clause: In Perth’s older suburbs, we occasionally encounter “unforeseen site conditions” (e.g., degraded wiring or hazardous materials). We reserve the right to vary the quote if such conditions are found, but we will always provide a written explanation and seek your approval before proceeding.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Workmanship: We provide an extensive warranty on all installation workmanship.

Equipment: Hardware (such as Daikin or Mitsubishi units) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. While we facilitate warranty claims, the manufacturer remains responsible for hardware defects.
4. Site Access & Safety (WHS)
For the safety of our team and your property:

Clearance: Customers must provide clear and safe access to the work area (roof spaces, switchboards, and outdoor unit locations).

Pets & Children: For safety, pets and children must be kept away from the work zone during the installation or repair process.
5. Payment Terms & Title of Goods

Payment: Invoices are prior to istallation

Ownership: Title of all goods and materials remains with Needham Air until the invoice is paid in full.
